Welcome to Back In Black
We will tell you a little about who we are and in a very simple way, like ourselves.
Everything started in 1996, nothing was clear. We began with Surf brands and very slowly in a 90m² store.
In 1997 we realized that Snowboarding was going to be our strong bet, so one of our team started living at a ski resort; to learn and take experience. Meanwhile in Madrid everything was building up with Snowboard brands from that time.
In 2003 we kept our strong commitment with Snowboarding, but this time with a much broader knowledge and experience from the mountains. Shortly, We began to shape what we wanted to reach, and started snowboard renting, a more specialized repair service and snow trips.
In 2007, a young person, skater, with computer and english skills , joined our team. Teamed up with his father (a computer specialist by profession) introduced us to the world of the internet with a website.
In 2010 We made a strong commitment in times of depression and moved to a 400m² store in order to strengthen in the snowboarding market with a larger store.
In 2017 we hired another young man with little experience in customer service, but French as native language, snowboard skills and eager to learn.
In 2018, another guy joined, from the coast, with experience in the Surfing world, creating the perfect team triangle for the three S, Snowboard, Skate and Surf.
Thank you very much to all who supported us from the beginning, our first customers then friends, who trusted us, to those who helped us grew wiith their comments, because we are also mistaken and with this we learn. With all that we continue working to give the best attention that is in our hands.
