Shipping time

Shipping times are typically between 1-5 business days from the date you placed your order.

  • Peninsula and Portugal: 24/72hrs (depending on service chosen)
  • Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 4/5 business days

You will receive an email confirming that we have successfully received your order. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder. If it is not there, ask us for a copy at info@backinblack.es with your order number and we will send it to your email personally.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the shipping address of the order. In the Shipping and returns section you can find more information about shipping to the different areas.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with the item(s) received, the product has not been used and is kept in its original packaging, as received, you will have a period of 14 business days to return it, counting from the delivery date (according to article 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19).

The shipping costs back to the store in case of return of an item will be borne by the customer.

In the case of defective products or wrong shipments, the costs will be borne by the store.

If the product is returned by the customer in a definitive way, the amount of the item would be paid but not the shipping.

In the case of large volume items, it will be €14.90.

Can I exchange the item for the same in another size?

To proceed with the exchange of one or more items, you must notify us by sending an email to info@backinblack.es and once the return is confirmed, you must prepare a package and, at your expense, send it to the following address:

As soon as our center receives and checks the returned reference(s), we will proceed with the change and, if the requested items are available, we will make a new shipment borned by Back In Black.

What are your opening hours?

Our opening hours are from Monday to Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

On December 24th, 31st and January 1st we open from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

From July 15th until September 15th our store will be closed on Saturday afternoons.

Is it safe to pay over the internet at Back In Black?

Like most trusted websites, Back In Black uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to protect your personal information when it is sent over the Internet.

We use this technology to encrypt sensitive information before sending it, preventing third parties from accessing it.

Our servers do not host any type of payment information, the client is redirected to the secure payment gateway of La Caixa or Paypal, which makes payments 100% secure.

Do you have the same items online and in store?

Yes, we only have one warehouse, however some may only be available online and vice versa.

Warranty info

All our products benefit from the warranty given by the different manufacturers of each of our articles.

Defects or damage due to improper use or handling of the product, as well as wear caused by regular product usage, are not included in this warranty.

The warranty will lose its value:

  •  - If the purchase receipt is altered or modified in any way.
  •  - If both the identification number on our register and the one on the item have been altered or modified.
  •  - If the signature or seal is missing from the purchase receipt.

In the event that the product is defective, we guarantee, as appropriate, the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract completely free of charge.

For processing any warranty, the purchase invoice is essential.

Can I return an order in store?

Yes, even if you ordered it online, you can return it to our physical store. You will only need the purchase receipt or the online invoice.

How I can cancel my order?

To cancel your order, you can do it from your personal dashboard, in the "History and details of my orders" tab and then by clicking on the selected order, at the bottom, you will see a form to do so.

You can request this as long as the order has not been shipped. Otherwise, you must request a return through your personal space once you have received the order.

How can I modify my order?

If your order has not yet entered the "Awaiting carrier collection" status, you can make changes.

This modifications could be: the exchange for another product  and address change. To make this changes you must request it by calling us at 913 134 382, through Whatsapp by clicking on the button on our website or by email to the address: info@backinblack.es.

Can I buy a gift card through the website?

Yes, you can make the purchase through this link. We will provide you with a discount code by email with the value of the selected amount and you can redeem it online or in store. The cards will expire one year from the date of purchase.

If you want a different amount than those that appear by default, you can request it by calling us at 913 134 382, through Whatsapp by clicking on the button on our website or by email to the address: info@backinblack.es and we will create a custom one for you.

Yes, we have previously worked with numerous clubs and associations.
