We ship outside of Spain. If you would like your order to be shipped internationally, please add your delivery address in your account, your shipping cost will be applied automatically to the basket according to your chosen destination country.

Shipping costs will depend upon the destination address plus the weight and size of the parcel. You will need to fill in the delivery address details in the first step of the checkout process (if you have not filled it in your account details), then at the next step you will have the final delivery charges applied.

In addition to the above, customs taxes or charges may be payable in some countries. This will be at the discretion of the local Customs Authority, and Back In Black cannot be held responsible for these additional charges.

Orders placed after 4:00 pm will be processed the next business day.

If you want to check or track your order status you have to go to your account dashboard and in the "History and details of my orders" section you will be able to check your shipment status and track it by clicking on the tracking number.

The appearance of an article on the web does not imply absolute availability. If a customer decides to purchase an item and it is not available, we will contact and look for a possible product replacement or refund.

Once you have entered your personal data and clicked on the purchase button in the last phase of the purchase process, the order will be considered binding.

The product will be sent to the address that the customer has provided during the purchase process. In the event that the customer wants to request a change in the delivery address, please contact us and we will check if it is possible. Sometimes, such a change may imply additional costs.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs are automatically calculated at the end of the purchase process. In some cases, you will have more than one option to choose from. Costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of the items, as well as the delivery area or country.

As a reference for customers, all clothing, both streetwear and snowboard apparel, falls within the weight group of less than 1,8kg. Bindings typically weigh around 2,5kg, boots 3,6kg, and skateboards 2,5kg. Snowboards and bundles are always 10kg due to their large volume.

If you want to receive an order in an area or country that does not appear on the list, contact us by email, phone or Whatsapp. We will find the cheapest price for your shipment.

Snowboards cannot be shipped assembled. If you have any questions regarding the assembly and/or adjustment, do not hesitate to contact us and we will guide you throughout the process.

You will obtain the exact cost of shipping and the options available during the checkout process of your order.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with the item(s) received and, provided that the product has not been used and all accessories, documentation and packaging are in perfect condition (otherwise you may incur in additional fees or the rejection of the return), you will have of a period of 30 business days (international orders only), counting from the goods reception (according to the 71st article of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16th, by which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws).

Once the merchandise has been received in our warehouse and verified, the amount of the item(s) will be refunded, according to the payment method chosen by the customer, except cash payment, which will be refunded by bank transfer within a period of time no more than 14 days from the receipt. All shipping costs generated as a result of the change or return of the order will be paid by the customer. Returns can be done through your profile (a step-by-step guide will be available below). If you have any problem you can contact customer Service who will guide you through the process.

Online returns of purchases made in our physical store, and under article 170.3 of the TRLGDCU, the refund may be delayed until the receipt of the products by Back In Black.

The user will have free choice to designate the courier company for the exchange or return. Customers who wish may request a courier provided by Back In Black to collect their items (all return expenses will be paid by the customer except in the considerations mentioned in this text).

Back In Black is not responsible in any case for the loss of the package sent by the customer.

If you want to exchange a product for another, you simply have to notify us of the replacement you need so that we can reserve it until the returned merchandise arrives. Upon arrival, and at the expense of Back In Black, we will send another package with the item you want to replace. Any change will be subject to the availability of the product as indicated in relation to the stock available in this text.

In the case of defective products or erroneous shipments, the expenses will be borne by Back In Black.

To change or return one or more items, the customer must:

  1. From the "Order history and details" section of your account, select the order and click on the "Details" section; at the bottom of the page you will see the button "Request a return". You can also do it by phone, calling us at +34 913 134 382, by Email to: info@backinblack.es or by WhatsApp, indicating your desire to return your order.
  2. Once the return is approved, you must download, complete and sign the return form that you can find at the following link.
  3. Pack the item, attaching the return document to it.
  4. You must send or deliver the item(s) to the following address: Back In Black, C/ Suecia, 95 - 28022, Madrid (Spain)

If the customer does not wish to incur in additional shipping costs back to the store, they can make the return in our physical store even if the product has been purchased on the web. You only have to take the item(s) to our address and show your sales document. It is not necessary to print it, you can show it directly from your phone.

Complaints

Occasionally things go wrong and you may need some assistance. Please raise any issue or complaint with our Customer Support team, via email, phone call, Whatsapp or in our physical store and we will endeavor to resolve the issue or refer the matter appropriately.

Although we are often able to resolve most complaints quickly and satisfactorily, we operate a formal complaints procedure.

EU online dispute resolution platform

In accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform to help consumers and companies resolve their disputes without going to court, through the intervention of a third party, called the Dispute Resolution Body, which acts as an intermediary between the two.

This body is neutral and will dialogue with both parties to reach an agreement. In accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of May 21, 2013, Back In Black makes available to the client the following link that allows access to the online dispute resolution platform of the European Union.
